Home Learning
- This will be updated by 9:00am each Monday morning with tasks for the week.
- All work should be completed within the children's workbook and to the same standard expected in class (dated etc)
- Differentiated tasks are levelled. Children may choose the level which best meets their needs and work through the tasks and levels to increase the challenge and expand their knowledge. A child may choose to start on level 3 and work through to level 5, or start on 1 and work to 4- the choice is theirs!
- I will be accessible via DOJO for parental queries about the work set but please note that children should be encouraged to complete work independently. There are lots of resource/instructional videos available for support.
- Children should also be encouraged to study for a DREAM award which they will then complete on our return.
- Work must be uploaded to DOJO or emailed to class teacher by 4:30 pm each Friday.
- Children will be awarded DOJO points for work completed.

This week will be a bit different from previous weeks. As it is World Book Day on Thursday, as a school we have decided to do a whole book week. There are lots of activities for you to choose from and you can put your week together however you like.
There will still be a Maths lesson each day, mental maths activities and all the usual things like Readiwriter, Mathletics and TT Rockstars. But other than that it's up to you to choose some activities from the link below for each day. Some activities will take a full day, some of them will allow you to fit more than one into your day. Have fun exploring them and I can't wait to see what you make of them!
Teams calls this week will be at slightly different times...
Tuesday 9am - Class catch up, followed by a quick fractions lesson
Thursday 10am - Celebration assembly call with Class 3.
Thursday 1:30pm - World Book Day call - please complete the 'Guess Who' activity before this call, completing a character description for your chosen character from a book. Fancy dress is completely optional, do not feel like you have to do this, I know how hard it will be to sort any sort of costume whilst we're all stuck indoors.
Friday 2:30pm - Hull FC call.
