We are delighted to announce that, after listening to your feedback, we are able to offer an after-school club for children from the start of the 25-26 academic year. Places are limited and include attendance at the club and a snack each night. In the first instance, due to demand highlighted, this will only be for children at Rawcliffe Primary School. 

Times and Price

• Monday to Friday 15:30-17:15 (Please note that late arrival will result in a £5 payment)
• £7.50 per day

Please note that payment is required at the time of booking. Log into Parent Pay to do this. If payment is not received, you may lose your child’s place.

Booking Process

To book a child’s place, you will need to complete a booking form. This form is at the bottom of the page and will be sent directly to the school office. Alternatively, a booking form can be collected from the school office. 

On the form, you can now book for the full half-term ahead so you know well in advance that you have a place secured.

How do I know whether I have a place?

As soon as we have your child’s booking form and, if there is space, your child will automatically be allocated a place.

If we are not able to allocate your child a place, the school office will phone you directly before the end of the day on the Friday.

For those who make a booking well in advance, the same will happen for the full booking.

For example, if you hand a form in on the last Wednesday before a half-term ends to include a booking every Monday and Tuesday morning for the next half-term, you can assume that your child has a place unless you are contacted by the school office before the end of Friday that week.
