Can you get a video of you doing the Haka and send it to me on Dojo please.
So far we have done a warm up and a cool down! So its time for a work out! You've all seen the Joe Wickes work outs (hopefully, if not there's one below.) I'd like you to warm up, then pick 10 exercises you are going to do for 40 seconds, with a 20 second rest before your next exercise!. Then after these 10 exercise, do your cool down. Show me by either writing down your workout, or film it and upload it to dojo!
